Ysabel is a theatre designer, and textile artist based in France, who has worked on many in-theatre and on-site productions , with companies : Théâtre du Frêne, Theatre du Soleil and the award winning Tambours sur La Digue directed by Ariane Mnouchkine, with Peter Brook, Yoshi Oyda and in Australia with Russell Dumas' Dance Exchange. She was two times recipient of the Japan Foundation Fellowship. Ysabel studied at the Ecole Nationale d'Arts Decoratifs in Limoges and the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Angers. Her textile works have toured France, Japan, Amérika, Allemagne and Chile.
